Return Policy

Since our services are digital in nature, once a subscription or premium package is activated, it cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

1. Double payment due to technical error.

2. Amount debited but service not activated.

3. Duplicate subscriptions purchased by mistake.

Conditions for Refund

• Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction.

• Requests should be sent to our support email or WhatsApp with valid proof of transaction.

• Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–15 working days after verification.

• Membership fees for premium services are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

• The company reserves the right to reject refund requests in case of misuse, false claims, or violation of policy.
